3. User Accounts and Registration

You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify BigDataHub of any unauthorized use of your account.

• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers or networks connected to the service

6. Payment Terms

Our pricing is based on qualified leads generated and services provided as outlined in our pricing plans. Payment terms are as follows:

• Payments are due according to the billing cycle selected in your plan
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services

7. Lead Quality Guarantee

We guarantee that leads provided through our platform meet the qualification criteria agreed upon in your service agreement. If a lead does not meet these criteria, we will provide a replacement lead or credit to your account.

Lead quality disputes must be reported within 30 days of lead delivery. We reserve the right to verify lead quality claims and may require documentation to support disputes.

8. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of BigDataHub and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without our prior written consent.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the service and contact our support team.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall BigDataHub, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

11. Disclaimer

The information on this service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BigDataHub excludes all representations, warranties, conditions, and terms whether express or implied, statutory or otherwise.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
